MANAGER ROLE
We are looking for Bondi Bowls Operational Managers to oversee day to day food truck operations, including picking up, driving and returning the food truck to commissary kitchen.
Managers responsibilities include delegating tasks to staff, addressing customers’ queries and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. If you have excellent organizational and team management skills and experience in the food industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help us create a welcoming experience for our guests and help to grow the brand and mission.
Responsibilities include:
* Delegate tasks to staff and supervise their performance
* Maintain a fully-stocked inventory and order food supplies, as needed
* Manage online bookings and scheduling employees
* Balance the cash register at the end of the shift
* Ensure customer satisfaction and gracefully handle any complaints
* Pick up, drive and close the food truck
* Report maintenance and training needs for the truck and staff
